Are the Raiders front office and coaches dumb or what?

I was looking at the tape and maybe raiders are looking at something else but noway Darrius Heyward is better then Crabtree.. I thought they were at least going to get a DE like Brian Orakpo or Larry English, Oh well oakland get ready for another losing season in 09-10
