Not hearing back from job interviews I can't help but dispise job agencys!?

I got made redundant back in August this year to start with I managed to get some contract work. But not I have been to 4 face to face interviews and not one of them has had the curtosey to give me some feedback. Why do companys waist my time if they cant even be bothered to let me know the outcome? I think the world would be alot better place with out job agencys most of them all full of s*** and full of there own self worth its unreal they lie and beg I can't stand them.
