Im only 15...but i cant sleep...help?

like i have told my doctor this,but she hs completely blown me off, disregarded it...what is the best MILD otc drug for this issue?? its really starting to affect my personality,schoolwork,i have huge dark circles under my eyes, and i cant concentrate for very long at all and this has been going on for four years someone please hlp
