Can i get a new command after ive been ually hazed? i fell horribly depressed everyday. what can i do?

i dont want to describe the incident, but i cant stand going to work now, im not lazy i was an e.p. before and now i cant even concentrate on simple tasks, no one speaks to me now. Its a nightmare. does anyone know what i can do?
