How much is my jh wilson saddle worth?

i have a JH Wilson saddle. Probably 14.5-15" seat. high back. Even has lace up stirrups. It was not made for a very big or very tall person. My mom use to ride it and fit her great at a height of 5'5". The saddle is in great condition. New fleece on the underside and it had a tear on the pommel which has a great patch put over it, done professionally by a great saddle repair store. We never use it as it seems like it would fit a narrow horse very well. Want to know what its worth. Know its a colorado saddle that the company made from 1876-1910. Only have found one other that was in the same boat, had been re-done a little. They were wanting $1500 for it. Want to know if thats the going rate. Anything helps
