It's because during the sync, the songs aren't really getting synced. I would recommend syncing them normally if you're converting them to 128kbs. If you're not converting them, then maybe your connection chord is damaged? If that's not the case then I would call up Apple Support Center. I've had this same problem due to converting and you can usually tell because there is no album artwork
