Which middle eastern food is the best turkish or lebanese or iranian or iraqi?

I live in the middle east so have pretty much sampled it all. We have a turkish restaurant I LOVE....but there good food in all countries. I like lebanese as well. I find Iranian too spicy for me...Of course then there is schwarma.....This I really miss when I am in the states. Also like Egyptian...koushri....ummm
