Are any of these movies going to be made?

Shrek 4 is coming on 2010. Guillermo del Toro said that he would like to do Hellboy 3 after the Hobbit. Don't know anything about Fantastic Four 3. There has been a lot of rumors about Batman, but I think it will made since it has made a lot of money and everybody loved it. Madagascar 2 is coming on November of this year. I think is the 7th. The Narnia next movie is coming on May 2010, but after that, Disney is not going to do more Narnia movies for what ever reason.
