Yale Requirements??????????

right now i'm a sophmore in high school. everyone tells me that sophmore/junior grades are what colleges/uni look at. I'm taking regular courses right now. Geometry (c+), English 2 (A), World History (A), Science (B), and 2 electives. Next year I'm thinking of taking honors brit lit for english, Journalism, algebra 2, chemistry, and maybe honors history either that year or during the summer. I'm also going to take at least 4 ROP cles in total. (career type cles), and join 2 clubs, and do about 45 hrs of community service. I won't try out for any sport though. I'll be taking all practice SAT/PLAN/PSAT tests for 2 years. what are chances of going to Yale? What other things/cles should I do? can you give me some advice? thank you very much:)
