Sunburn help??

Well as ya'll know i got burned realy realy bad. and i took some medicince that my dad told me to take, at first it worked but i ate a apple and now im throwing up and i have realy bad diareah ( i know ewww). what do i do?? My dads taking me to the doctor tomorow, but is there anything i can do now to help??Im 15 btw.
