Microsoft office 2007 word won't print in normal type ? any Fixes?

It will only print in only in bold and italic and underline not normal type and I try fixing the normal.dot that didn't work repairing office and uninstall and reinstall office and none of it work. The printer works fine also. It is a network printer and only one person has a this problem
