Is it fair to state that Walker may have won the battle,but lost the war.?

If Prosser loses it will because of WALKER and only Walker. It will shift the balance of the court for the foreseeable future. I don't think that furthers the conservative movement. The problem with republicans is they can never see the big picture. They are like hopeless drug addicts that need the quick fix and don't care what happens next. Just a sad,hopeless group. Walker could have had pension increase and the health care increase without taking the collective bargaining and he would have retained the conservative bench. In short he is a retard.
