I am 23 and need help controlling my money.?

I have realized that I suck at handling money. I need help with it. Aren't there professionals out there who can help me get a hold of this madness?? I'm not a millionaire. I don't have stocks. I don't have a 401(k). I'm young and recently married and I need someone to help me get back in line with everything desperately. I am a little wary of financial advisors because I am afraid they will try to sell me things that I don't need.
