How to get a little more freedom from my parents? im 19 and would like to have my first sleepover.?

Have they told you why they won't let you have a sleep over or just no?? If what you say is true about the way you behave you should be able to invite a few friends over. Not to be noisy but are they trying to hide anything?? Do they have friends that they go out with or that come over to visit? I really don't know how to get them to let you have a sleep over but keep talking to them. Good luck!
