How do I get rid of a house in poor condition?

One suggestion is to donate the house to an organization like Habitat for Humanity, the Salvation Army, etc - contact them and explain the condition of the home and see if it can be used by one of the organizations; it may have to be a 100 % donation, as in for free, but may be good for all parties involved. An other possibility ( depending on the costs involved, the local laws, etc ) would be to raze the house and sell for the land value alone; again, this would depend on the land value vs the costs involved
