Have Christians historically been as opposed to interracial marriage as they are now to gay marriage?

Christians have the bible as their guide basically and their interest should be spiritual and not the social politics of this world. We can serve no purpose by being judges and so those who do ,in my opinion miss the purpose of what Christianity is. Such is the shame of the blind leading the blind. Such a tragic waste.
