Extraction of wisdom teeth and congestion...?

I got all four of my wisdom teeth extracted on tuesday and everything was fine but the day after i got really badly congested and still am on saturday. I have tried taking allergy medicine because I thought it was allergies but it's not helping. Any thoughts?
