Clomid, 39 day cycle?

I have taken two rounds of clomid, 100mg cd 3-7 first month, 150mg cd 5-9 second month. The first months blood tests (cd 21) and c.b.e. tests show I did not ovulate. The second month had shown the same except I took the opk tests longer and I got a positive on cd 23. I was camping with the family when I got my positive :-( my hubby and I had no alone time. Aunt flo came to visit on cd 39. I decided not to take clomid this month cause I wanted to see if my body can do it alone this month. My question is - Has anyone got pregnant with such long cycle days and late ovulation. I have endometriosis and have been ttc for a long time. I don't want to give up, any advice or personal experience would help. thank you
