Anyone know a good alcoholic food (not tail) recipe?

I want to make something for a Christmas party with alcohol, but we're all sick of rum . I have the recipe for a Harvey Wallbanger cake, but I'm just checking out my options. When I use a search engine, I just get tail recipes. Just lookin' for an inexpensive idea...
